A comprehensive course designed to learn all of the critical skills needed to become an Emotional Support Dog Trainer. We will explore all of the core skill bases required as well as the specialized training needed specifically for effective training Emotional Support Dogs.
The first step to becoming a successful dog trainer is to understand the basics of dog training. Dog training includes a variety of techniques and activities that are used to help a dog learn how to behave in various situations.
This is a highly individualized course with significant instructor facetime, often in real time while training. This course must be taken very seriously, as the outcome of the work is ultimately life or death.
